We were delighted that so many of you gathered on 17th of December at Restaurant Lala in Berlin to dine, drink, and engage in an interesting and inspiring exchange.

Impressions

We came together for a deep and meaningful group conversation exploring key topics that matter to all of us: the power of optimistic visions for the future and the value of long-term thinking—looking beyond 2030 and 2050, recognizing that our future is shaped by the actions we take today.  

A wide range of topics was covered, including how to drive modernization, foster private sector engagement, promote inclusivity, and encourage social entrepreneurship. Central to our discussion was the question: We all speak about the future, but are we actually living up to the challenge of shaping it?

Everyone contributed thoughts on building a better world for future generations, driving modernization, fostering private sector engagement, more inclusivity and encouraging social entrepreneurship. Finally, we reflected on the critical need for renewed political systems and structures that genuinely prioritize the well-being of society.

In addition, there were numerous other wonderful conversations and opportunities to get to know each other better. Many guests expressed the need and desire to further expand and deepen the network to advance our shared visions.

This dinner is intended to mark the starting point for our Supper Club, which will take place regularly starting in 2025, and we would be delighted to welcome you to it, as well as all our upcoming events.
